This drama is heartbreaking! But I can guarantee you that will be mesmerized and haunted by this drama by the time it’s over. But not to worry, there is a beautiful surprise released by the director that will bring you to tears of joy and peace of mind. The drama is about a love that is not for its time. A love that started pure and kind but always has malice, lies, and deception behind it regardless of how genuine the passion is for the male lead. The male lead Chen Xing Xu plays Gu Xiao Wu (Angel) and Li Cheng Yin ( Devil) very well. The male lead comes up with a plan to marry the female lead and our true princess Xiao Feng played by Peng Xian Ran. She is a bubbly, lovable, mischievous, girl who wants to have fun and love to her heart’s content. There is so much unfairness and hurt she receives from everyone she loves its devastating. This drama is one where you’ll always side with Xiao Feng. I know it sounds really sad, but it only appears this way because of how much sweetness, love, and pureness there was between Xiao Feng and everyone involved. You can’t help but feel affected.

Reasons I love this drama:
Xiao Feng is my favorite character, and every time she was hurt, I cried with her! The acting is excellent on everyone’s end. The chemistry was burning through the screen, and sad scenes are a real beauty. Now lets, get to the cinematography and wardrobe! IT IS TO DIE FOR ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! I especially loved her wardrobe in Western Liang! The relationship between Xiao Feng and her Grandpa, along with her cousins is pure goals! Although perhaps their treatment is solely exclusive to their clan.

Things I did not like in this drama:
Since I don’t want to reveal any spoilers, I will leave it with a question instead. Why did it have to be that character who dies? Why? It’s not fair! It broke me to pieces. Which is why you must watch the clips released after the finale!
